1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or utilizing QuizVid.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. 100% No Auto-Renewal Guarantee

🛡️ Zero Recurring Auto-Debits:
All subscriptions and top-up packages on QuizVid.xyz are strictly one-time manual payments. We will NEVER automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or UPI account upon plan expiration. You retain 100% control over when and if you choose to top up your video quota.

3. Service License & Permitted Use

  • Free Tier: Granted a personal, non-exclusive license to generate up to 10 videos with the QuizVid.xyz watermark overlay for personal social channels.
  • Creator & Pro Plans: Granted a full commercial license to create watermark-free video content for monetized YouTube channels, Instagram pages, TikTok profiles, and client agency productions.

4. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all questions, custom background media, audio recordings, and finished video files you create. However, you agree not to use the service to create content that:

  • Infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • Contains malicious code, exploits, or automated bot scripts intended to bypass video quota limitations.

5. Video Quota & Plan Expiry Rules

Video quotas are deducted per unique generation launch session. Free tiers are valid for 365 days; Creator and Pro plans are valid for 30 days from the timestamp of payment confirmation. When upgrading to a higher tier, unused video quota is added to your new total balance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

QuizVid.xyz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high uptime and optimized video rendering engines, we do not warrant that video encoding performance will be uninterrupted on low-memory or legacy devices. In no event shall QuizVid.xyz be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of software usage.

7. Virality, Engagement & Platform Disclaimer

QuizVid.xyz provides automated tools to assist creators in creating video content. We make no representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding specific view counts, subscriber growth, comment rates, virality, or financial earnings on third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook). Video reach is subject entirely to third-party recommendation algorithms, content quality, and audience reception. QuizVid.xyz is an independent software provider not affiliated with Alphabet Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or their subsidiaries.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
